Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of chezalab.store and the Chezalab services ("Chezalab", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the services, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Chezalab.

1. Early access

Chezalab is in early access. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable while we build the product. Access is granted in waves at our discretion, and early access is currently free. We'll tell you before introducing any paid plans, and we won't charge you without your agreement.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement.
• Give us an email address you control, and keep your sign-in links and password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@chezalab.store if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Your content

You own the projects, text, code, assets and games you create or upload ("your content"). You give us a limited licence to host, store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to provide and improve the services for you, for example to save your projects, build them and keep backups. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies that remain in backups until they expire.

You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload. Don't upload content you don't have permission to use.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Chezalab to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• create or distribute malware, phishing, spam, or content that exploits or harms children;
• harass, threaten, or promote violence or hatred against people;
• disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the services, or get around rate limits or security measures (security research under our Security policy is welcome);
• access other people's accounts or data;
• resell or provide the services to others without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless we're legally unable to.

5. Our service

We own Chezalab, including the software, design and brand. These terms don't give you rights to our trademarks. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Chezalab running reliably, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, especially during early access. We may change or discontinue features. If we shut down the service, we'll give reasonable notice and a way to export your content.

7. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Chezalab won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Chezalab and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 3, 5, 7 and 8) survive termination.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll notify account holders by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Chezalab after that means you accept the updated terms.
